National Greenhouse Gas Database Management System(NGHGDMS)

NGHGDMS is suppprted the develoment by United Nations Environment Programme(UNEP) in cooperation with Department of Climate Change, Ministry of National Resources and Environment

GHGDMS is web application and is for monitoring and reporting of the GHG inventory of Lao PDR in four main sectors: Energy,IPPU,AFOLU and Waste. NGHGDMS is designed and developed based on:

  • IPCC Guideline and IPCC Software 2006 technology;
  • Consultation workshops between line ministries;
  • The best pratices of other GHG inventory development worldwide.
